Red Stag Fulfillment Preview
According to the company, most of its clients sell at least 200 orders per month. However, it will also work with vendors that deal with specialized items or that are currently selling less than 200 orders but anticipate growth over time.
Red Stag Fulfillment charges month to month; it doesn't use long-term contracts. It also offers a 30-day trial. Prices are not immediately available on the website. A Get Started page includes a form that potential users can fill out to be contacted (there is also a direct phone number). The company says that it does not charge stockkeeping unit (SKU) fees, account management fees, or setup fees.
Because the company deals in heavy and bulky shipments, there could be additional expenses involved if you need specialized boxes to ship your product, want all shipments to go out using next-day delivery, or have other specific needs. On the other hand, because the company offers negotiated discounts with major shippers, they can provide cost savings in that area.
Red Stag Fulfillment has an unusual policy in the way it deals with problems such as damage or wrongful shipments: If the mistake is found to be on its side (and the company keeps video records all along the receiving and shipping process as verification), it will pay $50 above the wholesale cost of the item (if there was damage or loss). The same $50 is paid if a client's inventory is not logged in as received within 48 hours after unloading.
